  (一)教学内容:Unit 23 Lesson 1 Living in a Community (二)教材内容分析及教材处理:

  本单元围遶“冲突”展开,这一课主要讲社区之间的冲突,题材贴近生活,学生比较瞭解。每个人都生活在社区里面,所以冲突就会随之而来。文章以两则新闻报导的形式讲述了邻里冲突的发生、事情的经过及结果,生动有趣,贴近生活,学生很容易读懂。本节课教师通过运用思维工具帮助学生分析问题,使他们认识社会生活中存在的各种冲突,瞭解和分析冲突的原因并找到有效的解决方法,并在日常生活中做到有效沟通,避免冲突,同时勇于维护自己的权利。

  课堂教学主要围遶生活中的冲突(邻里关系)这一话题展开,旨在引导学生在阅读的过程中养成良好的阅读习惯,指导学生应用阅读策略解决问题并进行自我评价。

  三、教学目标【AGO】

  1.知识目标:

  1)掌握与单元话题“冲突”相关的词彚。

  2)运用阅读策略(聚焦、推断、祛除)进行有效地阅读,理解文章主要内容,并运用思维工具(FIP、CAF、 OPV)分析问题。

  2.情感目标:

  1)瞭解和分析冲突的原因并找到有效的解决方法。

  2)在日常生活中做到有效沟通,避免冲突,同时勇于维护自己的权利。

  V. Homework:

  以“How to get along well with others?”为话题,写一篇约120-150字的短文,讲述你和他人相处的一些经历或者故事。文章包括如下要点:

  (1)你和他人相处时出现过冲突或者问题吗?

  (2)请大致描述是什么冲突,最后是怎样解决的?

  (3)谈谈生活中与人相处之道。 

  【教学后记】

  本节课教学效果较好,学生积极参与,小组成员分工合作,学生思考问题时间和动手的机会较多,讨论热烈,练习适当,内容比较充实。在预习环节提示学生使用阅读策略进行阅读,有效地提高了阅读理解的得分率。利用思维导图对文章进行剖析,让学生加深对课文的理解,对文章内容一目了然,帮助学生构建文章层次,并能较轻松抓住文章中心提炼主要信息。在小组讨论环节,思维工具CAF、OPV拓展了学生的思维,活跃了课堂,鼓励了学生开动脑筋并积极表达自己的观点。
